Referring Physicians

If you would like to refer a patient to the Peninsula Gastroenterology Medical group you have a few choices:

1. Call the office directly at 650-365-3700 to arrange an appointment 
2. Fax our referral form to 650-368-3836  
3. Fill in our secure on-line patient referral form.

You are welcome to contact any of our physicians or practitioners to discuss patient care issues prior to your patients visit or procedure.
