Madhuri Badrinath, M.D.

Dr. Madhuri Badrinath grew up in India and moved to the U.S. after medical school to complete her residency and fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical University in New York. She later worked as faculty at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas before moving to California in 2025 to be closer to her family.
She sees patients with all types of GI issues and has a special interest in women's digestive health, including pelvic floor disorders and pregnancy-related issues.
In her personal life, Dr. Badrinath loves new challenges that help her grow, including rock climbing, strength training, pilates, and learning science outside of medicine.
She is also a trained veena artist (a traditional Indian instrument) and enjoys spending time with her family—especially her nieces. She is fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and rudimentary Tamil.
